My Qrevo Pro has been awful. In the first year it was replaced twice, then sent a refurbished or repaired one a few months after a year. I can't even remember. Always the same LiDar error and won't run. It's now in the trash. Huge bummer

We have a QRevo Pro on every floor and it vacuums every day with 1 golden, have not had any issues but I do need to clean the roller brush every few months (more my long hair than the golden’s, to be fair)

V50 just started making an audible “clicking” noise (sounds like a card inside bicycle spokes) while driving. It did ONE clean and tried to leap into our dogs metal water dish that was luckily empty. I had the literal exact same issue with Qrevo Pro and had to return it. Something is throwing an error internally causing it to abort but we as the consumer can’t see it.
