IsItBullshit: are robot vacuums actually good and worth the money?
I've been using a robot vacuum for about 7 years now. I only vacuum once every 3 or 4 months in spots the vacuum can't reach, which is only a handful of very small spots. Doesn't take me more than 5 minutes total (~1000sq ft home). Overall, I HIGHLY recommend it. Most modern ones can vacuum hard flo

Robot vacuum VS dog hair… battle to the death 💀
I absolutely love my Roborock Q5 (~4-5 years old now) and it has been a champ to keep up with two kitties and the insane amount of litter that gets tracked through our apartment. I think I paid around $300 or so originally. Ours just has a vacuum function, but quite a few other models also can mop w

What is something cheap and possibly stupid that you bought that was worth 1000% percent of it's price?
Roborock Q5. Nothing beats coming home to clean floors daily. 130 bucks for years of cleaning is great.

Wife just came home with a corgi. Trying to do research but having conflicting answers on deshedding supplies.
One of the automatic Robo vacuums is a lifesaver for corgi owners. I have the Roborock Q5 that I bought from Amazon and it has been bulletproof for the last four years. Highly recommended.

Robot vacuum suggestions
We got a Roborock q5 max+ and it’s the 3rd robot vacuum we’ve had and the best so far. It’s not perfect but the mapping outshines Shark’s software. There are 2 silicone rollers that roll towards themselves into the dustbin. The rollers do end up with hair wrapped around the ends which requires manua

A robot vacuum cleaning the floor.
I have a roborock Q5 pro which is a relatively cheap one and it does corners no problem. I think that's only a problem for the ultra low cost robot vacuums you can find on places like wish and amazon.

How does one decide which Roborock to get
Roborock has upgrade version of Q5 max+, so if you don't have any extra needs, you can go pick between Q7 and Q10. Q10 S5+ is a nice one, greater suction power and not over-priced as well.

Roomba?
I second this, I've got a roborock q5 pro for a year now and a 18 month old Berner. On hardwood floors it does really well, its struggling slightly on the carpet but I just make it go 3 passes over it every other day. Only once, mostly because I got lazy on maintenance, enough hair got tangled that

Help! So lost with all the Roborock models!
None of your proposals is still being sold. They are all discontinued. If you want to buy second hand, the Q5 Pro+ is still a capable vacuum. When buying new, Q7 L5+ is currently the only vacuum-only model. It's the cheapest self-emptying Roborock overall since it has no special mopping functions.

What robot vacuum would you recommend that includes a mop?
Roborock has been good to me, I have the cheap Q5+ that only vacuums and purchased a few years ago. Picked up the Mova P50 Pro Ultra a few months ago and haven’t had any major issues with it. It does vacuum slower than my Roborock but it also mops, auto empties, and rinses/dries the mop pads when do
