Q5

I actually had a RoboRock Q5 robot vacuum, but the cats have so many toys laying around that it would get three feet away from its base, suck up some ribbon toy laying on the floor and stop cleaning. So eventually I just got rid of it.

Which Q5 models are yours? None of Roborock's Q5 series models has an ultrasonic carpet sensor, so it won't be able to avoid mopping your carpet. Oh god, send it back, don't buy roborocks starting with Q5, Q7, or Q10. They aren't even real roborock hardware which is why they suck. Send it back for a full refund.
