Yeah you did, it's not even a real roborock, send it back. The Q5, Q7, Q10's are some cheap bots made in a factory roborock bought that used to make irobots. They are irobots with roborock software shoved over the top.

Oh god, send it back, don't buy roborocks starting with Q5, Q7, or Q10. They aren't even real roborock hardware which is why they suck. Send it back for a full refund.

My whole house takes about 50 minutes to do a single vac/mop pass once the maps are fine tuned. I have a 3 carpeted bedroom house with tile hallways and bigger open plan kitchen/lining room. Send it back, the Q10 isn't even a real roborock! IT'S AN IMPOSTOR! Avoid any starting with Q5, Q7 or Q10. The Q8's are supposedly ok, just a cheap version of the s8, but still made in the proper roborock factory.
