Hi, same model (Q10 S5+), same firmware (V03.09.15), same problems here (map saving inconsistencies, all features erased from map, can't select room or change cleaning mode, robot became dumb). I really hope Roborock will fix it soon.

This is a Q10 specific software problem. They might go nuts when something is wrong. Your video ist so far the most impressive. But I have more for you. Exact same issue as OP here with Q10 S5+. Pretty annoying. Just switched from Roomba to Roborock for the first time and it's not looking good. I wonder if that's why it was heavily discounted. I will likely return mine, get the same model if it's still discounted and never update the firmware. If th
