I had the same experience with my first robo vac, well reviewed, did my research. It was the roborock qrevo curv, it was bad, it was slow, hesistant, constanly made up rooms. Tried remapping 8+ times, factory reset, clean sensors, then after a week it wouldnt dock straight or move out of the dock. R

Roborock Qrevo about 6-8 months, charging failure, docking or not working properly.

We ended up doing a warranty claim and got the full credit back and purchased another roborock with one of those huge docks (qrevo i think) but even that has issues sometimes 🤣

I just returned this one for the Costco Qrevo PLUS. Not sure if it was a good idea, but the S5V kept getting stuck and could not successfully dock. One week old product. 2 hours of troubleshooting. Was really bummed as a first time roborock owner (but had robot vacuums for years).

I had a Q revo master that did this exact thing. Lasted 1 year and I threw it out I was so mad at Roborock. Plastic was cracking all over inside the dock. The ramp, the tray, everything. I’ve never seen any one else with the same problem. The plastic was basically crumbling.
