Smart rings with alarms
Yeah the alarm in the circular I had actually functioned fine. Was the ring itself that was garbage. Didn’t even last a year before it stopped charging. So it’s entirely possible. Sadly RingConn Gen 3 specifically says in their FAQs that it is only health alerts, not alarms. I just don’t want to be

Should I buy a RingConn or Oura ring?
I have both also. Do you wear both to sleep? My REM and Deep sleep is always quite a bit different with the two rings. For example, last night my RingConn says I had 95 mins of rem. My oura gen 2 says i had 55 mins of rem. It’s like that about 75% of the time and very close to same amounts about 30%
