Intro Ring for my Wife

Get her the RingConn Gen 2 Air. It's a great piece of tech that works well, especially for what she wants because it's what I use mine for. And it even looks nice, too.

Longevity of battery

You've got hit with the battery bug... repeatedly. The thing to note is this issue isn't exclusive with RingConn. While users are still trying to figure out how to minimize getting impacted by it, but I'd start by looking at your charging patterns. Keeping the ring between 20 and 70% charge should b

Done with Ultrahuman.

I have RingConn gen 2 and love it. I actually went through the same thing you’re going through. I had my Ultrahuman ring replaced like three or four times RingConn actually does sleep apnea as well.

Does anyone have experience with Q Ring Titan Pro?

Limited to choosing between Samsung & Ultrahuman. Which is the lesser of the two evils?

We have 4 UH rings in the family, only had an issue with one regarding battery drain. I also have had oura and RingConn gen 2. I like the UH app the best. Especially since they recently updated it. Gives a lot of useful info. I don’t think any of them are super accurate but just to be used as a base

Fitness tracker, do you use one?

I use my Samsung smart watch and a RingConn gen 2 fitness ring. I like the insights the ring gives more, but my watch is convenient for movement reminders. Plus its connected to my work phone, so if I'm up taking a lap around the office and not carrying my phone I won't miss anything.

Any women over 60 here? Or am I about to be the Reddit grandma of Wegovy?

Yes 🙌 older ladies! I just turned 64 the end of March I started the Wegovy pill March 2 and just upped to the 4mg dose April 2 Muscle cramps hit me but I have been working on my minerals and that’s helped. (+ I read about side effects) I started working out at home and have had to scale back due to

Smart ring recommendations to compliment ape watch ultra. Oura ring vs ultrahuman or ring conn

I have the RingConn gen 2 and I’m very happy with it… All rings are going to have problems with the battery after a year or so

Are we there yet?

My step count/calories burned is very elevated on my ring. Typically 5,000+ steps higher than my phone or watch track. The fitness tracking is a lot more accurate with Strava/fitness watches, but the flip side is that the sleep tracking seems more detailed with the smart rings. I also hate sleeping

Smart vs normal watch

I was always watch guy. Loved them. Moved to smartwatches for 10 years or so, but got burned out. I did like the data though. So now I have a smart ring. So I still get some usable data and can wear all of my normal watches again. Have a RingConn Air Gen 2 for the last year and really like it. Just
