Intro Ring for my Wife

Get her the RingConn Gen 2 Air. It's a great piece of tech that works well, especially for what she wants because it's what I use mine for. And it even looks nice, too.

Longevity of battery

You've got hit with the battery bug... repeatedly. The thing to note is this issue isn't exclusive with RingConn. While users are still trying to figure out how to minimize getting impacted by it, but I'd start by looking at your charging patterns. Keeping the ring between 20 and 70% charge should b

Oura or RingConn

I am super disappointed with Oura. I have tried to purchase a ring with my HSA for two days now, and no one at Oura can figure out why they can't take my money. After trying on two different computers, four different browsers, clearing the cache multiple times, incognito mode, and my HSA provider co

Oura 5 workout automatic detection

My RingConn Gen 2 does record heart rate data on detected workouts. Most of the time I am using my watch for workouts in accompaniment to my ring, but sometimes my Apple Watch is not on. This was not an actual “cycling” workout. I was cleaning and vacuuming lol but just to show you that it does work

Seeking advice: Is Oura 4 still the king for sleep/stress in 2026 or is RingConn 3 better?

Despite their marketing, Oura has never been the king at sleep...and stress has never been accurate. Meanwhile, RingConn has had 24/7 stress measurement from Gen 1 on, and sleep and nap tracking has always been better as it does not force an inflexible 8-10hr model at night. This gives RingConn an o

Done with Ultrahuman.

I have RingConn gen 2 and love it. I actually went through the same thing you’re going through. I had my Ultrahuman ring replaced like three or four times RingConn actually does sleep apnea as well.

Does anyone have experience with Q Ring Titan Pro?

Limited to choosing between Samsung & Ultrahuman. Which is the lesser of the two evils?

We have 4 UH rings in the family, only had an issue with one regarding battery drain. I also have had oura and RingConn gen 2. I like the UH app the best. Especially since they recently updated it. Gives a lot of useful info. I don’t think any of them are super accurate but just to be used as a base

Do you all track sleep in any way ?

Yes, after much research I bought a Ring Conn 2 smart ring. It's so helpful and helps me notice changes and patterns. Here's my entire regimen: Low-dose Fluvoxamine, Long covid/PASC, Dysautonomia, and MCAS: Original post. and condensed version: My Diagnoses and How I Found a Regimen That Helps Me Ma

Waste of money

if it is consistently that inaccurate you may have the wrong size. it should always be snug around your finger, if you can shake it off or move it just by wiggling your hand around, your ring is too big. If you need to take it off with soap and water, its too small. Ive found the data to be very acc
