Gen 2 completely doesn’t work anymore, is oura better??

Hey I’m going through a similar thing. I had mine for about a year and then randomly it started not charging properly and dying really fast. I contacted the support team and they were actually really helpful, they organised a replacement for me (different colour and size which I preferred too). I’m

Gen3 worth it?

If it were in the UK I’d be all over it with the small but important updates. As of now the Gen 2 works perfectly and does what I need it to do. It’s a shame RingConn don’t have a UK representative to sell their products. Coming from a background in UK and European sales if they were looking for a U

Battery damage

If you purchased directly from RingConn’s website, or from the RingConn store on Amazon, they can confirm your purchase date and send you a free replacement if it’s been less than a year from your purchase date. If you bought on Amazon, you may need to provide them the Amazon order number. My Gen 2

Should I wait?

I thought about this too but decided to go for the Gen2 now. You never want a product right at release (at least I don’t) because of all the bugs they still have to patch. I think the earliest I would be getting it would be in like 7 months; and RingConn has trade in options

RingConn Gen 2 battery suddenly deteriorated: replace it, upgrade, or switch to Apple Watch?

They’ll exchange it for you for free. Just contact RingConn. The Apple Watch and ring aren’t really competitors. People get the ring usually cause they don’t want to wear a smart watch around. Of course the watch will it better but it’s also a lot bigger and obvious than a ring.

Is the No Subscription dream officially dead, or is RingConn Gen 3 our last hope?

While Galaxy Ring 1 is not one that I can recommend unless you pair with a Galaxy Watch, a solid release window for Galaxy Ring 2 remains elusive. RingConn Gen 3 and Ultrahuman Ring Pro both look promising, but as with Oura, current generations of all major brands were effected by early degradation

Lack of Reddit Activity?

I first owned an Oura ring due to its larger market presence. I bought a RingConn after 1.5 to 2 years due to the membership and the better life being kinda crap. I had worn them both for a month to compare the data and found a negligible difference in accuracy, but I only use these for trend data o

Why I won't pay for another smart ring right now

Wait. What? That is not a message that any legit company would give you. Even Circular with all it's faults has never said batteries are not covered under warranty. RingConn has replaced several of mine through the years and Ive never gotten that response. At 7 months they should replace no question

Gen2 Battery…

I would suggest contacting support. I was recently having some battery issues also and support have been very helpful to me. You can also try the suggestions at this similar thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/RingConn/comments/1u8h3qx/ringconn_gen_2_keeps_hitting_100_charged_when_its/

Size & Exchange (Amazon vs RC site) Questions

I had a Gen2 in size 7. The 7 was a little bit tight when my fingers would swell, so after reading that sensors were bigger and the fit was tighter on Gen3, I ordered the Gen3 in size 8. The 8 was a bit loose. I got some stick in size adjusters on Amazon recommended by folks here, and one of those s
