Got suddenly Battery issues
Yeah, me too. Ring is only a year old. Its a replacement after the original ring (backer edition) wouldnt charge after "Voltage" issues. Reached out to support and they just told me they know, its their fault and the ring is defective but my warranty expired and they wont replace it. So now it'll "c

Oura Ring 4 vs RingConn Gen 2 — is RingConn still good after 1 year?
Both my Oura Gen 4 and RingConn Gen 2 died at 6 months and were replaced under warranty. The only reason that Oura Gen 4s shorter than normal (16-20months) doesn't have as much visibility is because of more aggressive moderation of issues across social media platforms. With that, I think you have th

Where is RingConn from?
GENERAL EXPERIENTIAL COMMENTARY ON THE RINGCONN PRODUCT. RingConn is definitely made in Shenzen in China and marketed through their HK office. • I have had one of the first – when originally sold through Kickstarter and in those Gen 1 early days I did indeed need to contact RingConn – as the battery

Need Help finding ring to buy
A bit off on the "infancy" stage. Smart Rings have been around for over 10 years now. Oura Gen 1 launched March 2015, Motiv with the first in a traditional ring format in 2017. The problem right now is that the increased demand has resulted in the battery supplier pushing lower quality batteries...t

Calories Way Off
I know I’m late on this post but I’m experiencing the same. These responses are annoying and deliberately obtuse lol. I switched from the Apple Watch to RingConn gen 2 and the calorie estimates are almost double what my watch would have estimated. Did you ever find if it evened out more, OP?

Ringconn, Oura? Stuck on choosing which is best for me.
2 months into my RingConn gen2 air. So far it's very meh. I miss the Oura app and my old Oura was much more reliable in data. The cons were that it was a complete piece of crap that had to be replaced 3 times. So, my vote is to find a third option

Oura or RingConn
Picked ring conn and I’m super sad about it. Ring battery life lasted pretty great for 45 days, then went to trash and needs to be charged every 12 hours. Not impressed with customer service, will go with Oura instead now

My experience with the RingConn Gen 2 Air after 1 year
Same here. Three rings ( two replacements) and each only lasted around six months due to battery issues. The third died completely & RingConn failed to offer a replacement, so I guess we know their expected lifespan !

Trade in for Ringconn3, where!?
What's confusing is that right under "Ship to the Nearest Location" on their trade-in page is "RingConn Gen 1 users have the option to keep their ring as a keepsake, while users trading in other devices are required to return them." Which implies that Gen 2 has to be returned. However, further down

Don’t get the Ultrahuman ring
My first RingConn died after a year and they replaced it… just for the same thing to happen again another year later. But it’s out of warranty now so they won’t replace… they offered 30% off the gen2 or $70 trade-in towards the gen 3 I bought my gen 2 used (like new) for $200 and that felt fair. But
