Same here. Three rings ( two replacements) and each only lasted around six months due to battery issues. The third died completely & RingConn failed to offer a replacement, so I guess we know their expected lifespan !

What's confusing is that right under "Ship to the Nearest Location" on their trade-in page is "RingConn Gen 1 users have the option to keep their ring as a keepsake, while users trading in other devices are required to return them."
