I'm pretty impressed with the ringcon gen 2 air

I've only had it two days. Day one it wasn't so great. Was about 1k off the step count of my Fitbit and when I told it I was going for a walk outside when I mowed the lawn my heart rate never went past 90 bpm. I have a hilly yard and my Fitbit thought I was mountain biking on auto detect. My hear

My journey with my Gen 2 Air… so far…

Hi, I have been a long time Apple Watch user but the battery life is so bad especially for those of us who exercise a lot. So I decided to look into a smart ring, after reading several reviews I decided to go for the Ringconn, I was unsure between the gen 2 and the gen 2 air when I compared the cost

RingConn Gen 2 Air HR tracking

I know there’s been a lot of discussion about heart rate being inaccurate during workouts or simply not recording any HR elevations over 100 and I just wanted to share a snippet of my workout report from a treadmill jog this morning with my Gen 2 Air. I did not use any other fitness tracker to compa

RingConn -> Apple Health Sync questions.

So I just got my new Gen 2 Air yesterday. So far I love this thing, but I have questions about syncing the steps with Apple Health. I made the connection between the RC app and Health, so it appears that step data is being pushed from the RC app to Health. But I can't tell what data is being pushed

Looking for a smart ring

I’ve also just bought the Ring Conn 2 Air as I had a health issue and wanted to monitor my heart rate and was interested in my sleeping status as I sometimes have trouble sleeping. I’m really happy with it and don’t really feel it throughout the day. It might be annoying when going to the gym with d

I bought 2 rings but don’t know which to keep

I bought 2 gen 2 airs in sizes 8 and 9 because the sizing kit was unhelpful.

For context, I live in a place where it’s hot ALL THE TIME so I’m always swollen.

The size 8 fits:

  • left middle finger nicely, will come off easily
  • left pointer snug, will come off normally I can comfortably take the ri

Is the gen 2 airs step tracking worst than gen 2?

I got the gen 2 and I'm really happy with it, the step tracking matches my versa 4 fitbit so I've made it my main tool for tracking steps (I'm not big on health and all I just like walking so I dont need it to be 100% accurate) anywho I'm a bit on a budget and wanted to buy the air for my brother fo

Why did *you* buy a SR?

I have an ultra 3 watch and RingConn 2. Sleep tracking on ring is absolutely better on ring. Fitness not so much. My watch has about 1000 more steps daily than ring tracks. I bought ring for the sleep tracking as my watch sucks at that only.

Help! My Gen 2 Air is misreading daily movement for workouts…how to fix???

***(I realized I posted this on some random account I had no idea existed LOL so I’m reposting on my actual account) *** Hi friends! I’m a new user here! I love my ring so much so far; the only problem I’m having is my ring keeps detecting daily movement as either “cycling” or “unknown workout activity”.

Ring suggestions, please

I got a basic cheap ring to see if I would be interested in using one. I like it a lot but it won't connect with google fit, so now I'm wondering if I should upgrade and which to get.

My priorities are: comfort, battery life, sleep tracking, and step tracking. I'd love for it to take temperature
