I’ve joined the dead battery club
I’m jumping onto the bandwagon to note that my 2-month-old RingConn Gen 2 Air has now died following the automatic workout detection update. The battery did fine for the first few days, and correctly logged a few periods of workouts (although incorrectly titled them). But last night, after going to

i'm confused about some of the readings i'm getting, so i wanted to check with you guys if i'm missing something in settings
hi all. gen 2 Air owner here, really liking it for the most part.
however, there's one thing that i don't understand: it feels like the multiple functions of the ring/app don't integrate with each other.
today, for example: i went on a walk. i used the "outdoor walk" tracker in the app to le

iPhone RingConn home widget not updating steps automatically
Hello! I recently bought my RingConn Gen 2 Air and am having issues with the Apple RingConn Home Screen widget not updating steps automatically. I have to manually open my Ringconn app and then exit out for the home widget to update, which defeats the purpose of having the widget syncing automatical

Automatic workout detection
So, how does the auto workout detection actually work? I've got a Gen 2 Air, and even though my exercise history is blank, the stress page shows I was walking then (those highlighted bars). But, like, why isn't it showing up in the activity log?
I have automatic workout detection turned on in the s

Non-Watch fitness tracker advice?
I’m planning on getting a fitness tracker on a budget of 250€ (I’m from Europe) but I want not to be a watch, because I like wearing analog watches. I do like rings, I was looking specifically of the RingConn gen 2 air, but I saw it isn’t really accurate. Also the Amazfit Helio band, so if anyone kno

Step tracking in Apple Health
I received my Gen 2 Air yesterday and it recorded my sleep to Apple Health but it hasn’t recorded any steps to AH even though the RC app reflects steps. (And yes the toggle for write permissions is correct).
Thoughts?

Oura 4 or ringconn 2: which is best for my needs? pls help, other advice is too generic. thanks :))
Bought RingConn Gen 2, used for a week and frankly it’s a waste. Besides sleep tracking there is nothing good to be honest. Steps metrics are wildly inaccurate.

Not tracking steps or sleep
I’ve had the gen 2 air for just over a week. Yesterday it stopped tracking steps at 3:30pm and didn’t track my sleep last night. I’ve tried restarting it and cleaning it. Anyone else had this problem?

RingConn 2 Air
Sadly, Sleep and steps are fairly inaccurate - or at least they are vastly different from my Apple Watch and my old Oura ring. I'm still getting used to My RingConn but not super impressed thus far

Oura or keep ringconn?
I have the ringconn gen 2 air- just got it yesterday. I had to exchange sizes as the 10 was too loose but the 9 is semi tight. My main thing was to track sleep, menstrual cycle and steps. I’m having doubts as it’s uncomfortable as I have joint swelling due to autoimmune. The oura ring sizer was a l
