I really appreciate the time you’ve put into this post and that it’s a range of products! For a loose powder you could try chi chi. I’m not a fan of lip oils at all so no recs there. Mascara wise, I really like the L’Oréal Panorama and the Rimmel Thrill Seeker.

I am no professional, but (as you’ve rightly pointed out) paying more doesn’t necessarily mean you’re getting a better product. Monthly fave is Rimmel Thrill Seeker Mascara, for such a cheap mascara it works so good!! It stays on my face all day and no panda eyes. I work in hospitality so I'm sweating a bit throughout the day too
