Looking for a doorbell camera

The Wyze app is a nightmare. The UI and features are good, but you feel like you won the lottery everytime a camera manages to actually connect when you try to view it in the app. I switched from Wyze indoor cams to Reolink after I got my doorbell. Just added some floodlight cameras as well. The app

New Camera Setup

You can absolutely integrate Reolink cameras with Home Assistant and they are like the #1 choice to do that, they are the most compatible cameras in the market with Home Assistant right now I believe. You can also do frigate but bear in mind if you are planning to do this you would need a very power

New Camera Setup

Yes, you can use with Frigate. I know the Doorbell would work for sure, because the Wi-Fi version of the doorbell is the go-to doorbell for people running Blue Iris/Frigate, etc, even amongst Reolink haters. But the the Elite Floodlight Wi-Fi I don't know, it is a new camera but looking at some redd

Tonys ONVIF Server with AI for Ubiquiti Protect — Motion Alerts for All!

I was finally able to get my Reolink floodlight to work with my AI port! Thank you! Also, works great as a Synology docker deployment!

Reolink Doorbell (Battery - v2) [SOLVED]

Yeah, I misunderstood how you were getting the data at first, sorry about that. I've had really good luck with Reolink, except that first doorbell. I'm running the elite floodlight wifi, E1 zoom, and that wired wifi doorbell. All wifi, and using the Reolink hub. No issues with frigate or home assist

Security Camera System for Home

Honestly, if power outages are normal where you are, I’d make that the deciding factor more than the brand name. If you’re choosing between Eufy and Reolink and you’re not very techy, I can see why Eufy feels easier. But the big question is really: what keeps working when the power goes out? Because

Best floodlight camera?

I’d look at cameras like Ring, Arlo or Reolink. Ring is great if you already use Alexa, Arlo has really strong night video, and Reolink is nice because you can avoid subscription fees with local storage. The biggest things for night visibility are bright floodlights, color night vision and at least

Best floodlight security camera?

Reolink makes several. Full disclosure Reolink does sponsor some of my newer videos, but when you look back I've been using their cameras for years before that and love them. There's the Trackflex Floodlight Wi-Fi video review and install and you can adjust the color temperature of the lights, it su

Looking to buy a video doorbell

Several reasons. Wi-Fi cameras from Reolink support Wi-Fi 5 or 6. Home assistant integration with Reolink is superior. Wi-Fi cameras from Reolink in general are MUCH better than Tapo. Like you got Elite Duo Floodlight Wi-Fi, trackmix Wi-Fi and even 823s1 Wi-Fi version and the best Wi-Fi plugged in c

My reolink 510a's have been pretty solid for me. Looking to get another set of reolinks. How are the 520a's?

thats great news. I would have gotten more reolinks if they were stable with frigate, but instead went with Annke's, but they have been great, just was more costly I would consider the Reolink Elite floodlight in PoE if the compatibility is fixed with frigate
