Frequent Error Screens and Web Page Decline

I have two Reolink E1 (Zoom and Pro), Eufy wifi floodlight PTZ, and a Amcrest Wifi Doorbell. Some are super stable, some are not. I have Unifi U6 APs with nothing under -60Db, my wifi is rock solid. Some of the wired cameras are not stable too. The problem doesn't split on the wifi/wired divide

I only use reolink cameras with Frigate and they are all rock solid. I have the poe doorbell, two elite pro floodlight poe cameras, and a wifi E1 pro. New here and need suggestions

Since it is not critical thing, you could get by with a wi-fi plugged in camera. Get a reolink wi-fi model, use Wi-Fi 5 or 6 with it, get a microSD and that's pretty much it.
