I used to like Remarkable, but time to move on?

The reMarkable devices are distraction-free note-taking devices that excel at that singular function. A Kindle Scribe is an ereader with limited note-taking features. Last I checked (I have the 2022 version) it is still in 2026 not up to the same features the RM2 had in 2022. Plus Amazon has abandon

I just want an electronic notebook. Is Remarkable2 for me?

The rM2 is a very stable device with no major hardware issues. All the issues you read about are with the Pro series of devices. The software is limited for all models. But if all you're using this for is a single notebook, you will find the lack of features to be very beneficial. You're basically d

Pure/2

$280 isn’t that good of a deal for an rM2. I got one with a leather folio and basic marker for $180 not that long ago. The hardware is aging but solid (in terms of failures), and reMarkable has committed to another 5 years of software updates for it. I wouldn’t pay $550 for a secondhand Pro (again 😅

We wait Until Tomorrow-- I Bet Kit Has a Pure!

This is literally the device he said he wanted, a "student" version of reMarkable's latest tablets, with the RM2 screen size and a plastic case.

So what do you think?

I think it's a worthy successor to the rm2. It improves on it in all the right areas (design language more in line with current lineup, smaller footprint, better battery life and a faster SOC with more RAM) while still being different enough to the Paper Pro as to not make for an unfocused lineup of

I own remarkable 2 and I love it, should I buy remarkable pro, what is your experience?

I think there should be some additional considerations, for example, for me I've had the remarkable 2 since 2020 as I was a preorder customer back in late 2019. My remarkable 2 which I love and is still in excellent condition after a little over 6 years can no longer sync as the storage is full, so

reMarkable 2/Paper Pro move or Supernote Nomad for math equations?

The reMarkable does have an "infinite scroll" for each page meaning it can be as long as you need it to be. Supernote constrains you to the size of the page, then you have to make a new page. That said... I am definitely heavily using my Supernote Manta and I am returning my reMarkable Paper Pro as

Very good experience

It makes me happy to see your post. I find that too many people are complaining about too many things here before they actually have spoken to the company. My experience with reMarkable is a very good one. I am an early adopter of the rM2, am now using the rMPP and rMPPmove and whenever there was a

RM2 - user review; not recommended due to hardware

I would be hard-pressed to find anyone who would have a similar experience with the ReMarkable 2. Complain about the software experience, sure. Go through four Paper Pros before finding one that has a stable screen, maybe. But from a hardware perspective, the rM2 seems to be one of the most consiste

I'm kind of panicking. I've had it since October.

My partner used theirs at work, so when their screen cracked, they opened a ticket. ReMarkable offered replacement, but asked if they would stress-test it. Since they had the RM2 for work and paper pro for home, they agreed. By the time their screen fully crashed on them, it was no longer in warrant
