Update: Almost a year later, Synapse 4 is still unusable garbage. Now that Synapse 3 is gone, my Huntsman V3 Pro is essentially bricked. Legal action might be next.

What type of grip do you have?
I use the razer viper ultimate and i hold it with my thumb on one side and ring pinky on the other. Its way too small for my hand so my other two fingers are high up in the air as a result. I think i just need a bigger mouse cause this is the only way i can aim without my palm dragging on the mousep
