Is there anyone with the same problem?

kinda weird it's only valorant. sounds like a firmware polling rate conflict. you could try setting synapse to 500hz instead of 1000hz for that game specifically. but since you still have warranty, i'd just rma it. if you need a backup that won't have these issues, Razer Viper 8KHz or Logitech G Pro

Which one to choose.?. please recommend

I'd take the Razer. I have the viper 8k, looking to get the basilisk to go back to a slightly bigger mouse. The optical switches on the buttons makes a huge difference. I play a lot of FPS games and I enjoy using pistols, especially in R6 Siege. Traditional button switches would wear out on me after

Goodbye, its been quite the journey

Strange, I love the razer software and my mice have refused to die on me despite the torture I've put them through. How is Razer Build Quality in 2025?

Had a Taipan a few years back. Its braided cable got "shredded" over time by the rough surface of the rough/smooth, two-sided Razer mousepad I was using. Well... the braiding did, not the cable itself, IIRC. Plus its LMB gave up the ghost after, maybe, two or three years. Build-quality wise it felt

Is Razer really that bad?

Side note: Since I wrote that post, that Viper 8K had to make room for a new mouse because the wheel's "rubber-banding"-issue had become real bad. For all I know, the rest of the mouse is still in perfect shape, but with that issue it had become unusable both in Windows and in games. Not sure what s
