3 failed Razer DeathAdder V3 units, 2+ months of back and forth, and Razer just closed my case — is this how they treat Indian customers?

Got the Basilisk Mobile, returning it in 3..2..1..

I don't think that's excusable, even the Razer Pro Click Mini is better (but also back heavy).

Quick correction, it DOESN'T switch from freespin to Tactile, you have to press the middle button for that, just like the Pro Click Series or the old Basilisk models. If you don't game, get the Logitech M720 it is exactly the same mouse, but with worse sensor, for 1/2-1/3 of the price. If want a pro
