I've bought lot of razer products and never had to return any. My oldest being the Razer Nari Essential, which over the years had the leatherette degrade but thats normal. I also own the Basilisk, Huntsman V2 Analog, Ornata Chroma, Anzu, Rogue Backpack, Seiren V2 Pro and Kishi none of which have iss

I see so many posts about every brand of headset about people complaining that they're too delicate. The exact same thing was said about my Razer Nari, and I've had them 6 years without issue. The same thing was said about my Sony WH-1000XM5s, and I'm on over 2 years with them without issue. You peo

Can confirm, this is my second Nari Ultimate and I've even had to use donor parts from the first to repair the second one. (Razer never got money from me for these, used market ftw. Let me start off by saying that Razer sucks bad. But I bought some of their products because they offer some functionalities that you won't find in other products. Yet again, still not happy. I first had a Razer Nari Ultimate, because they were wireless headphones with Haptic Feedback. They sucked,

Astro A40s sounded pretty good for audio and mic. Something internal to the headset broke so I had no mic audio anymore. I did have to RMA the or

eh i already had a few razer products so I kinda wanted to keep the theme going. The only reliability issue i had with razer was their crappy phone line and the nari ultimates. but my kraken v3 and 4 pros worked fine, and i have the firefly V2 for a few years now, I kinda wanted to keep the theme go

I'd been looking at the audeze Maxwells, but the560g weight has kept me away. I loved my Razer Nari Ultimate, but they're too heavy and make my neck sore. Just looked and the pc38x only weigh 290 grams, so it's definitely in my top contender spot for now, just wish there was a light weight wireless
