Razer Naga is the OG for a reason. I've been using Nagas for at least 15 years. They can be pricey nowadays, and there are some good alternatives like the (discontinued) Logitech G600, or the weird Redragon M913, but something about the Razer Naga buttons and form factor kept me coming back.

Long discontinued, but Logitech's MX610 is probably the best shaped left handed mouse outside vertical mice ever made, just has extremely poor wireless range and is super expansive to get a hold of one today
