Just return the Kraken v3 Pro. It is riddled with issues. Buy a decent, better and cheaper HS from a reputable brand. Razer lost it's way years ago. The only thing they can still build are mice, but even there they come with shitty software.

Synapse 3 is bad, Synapse 4 is bad. I bought a Razer Kraken v3 Pro a few years back and had I known how bad the hardware / software are working together I had never bought it. First time and last time that I bought a razer product.

Stay away from Razer headsets. Do yourself a favour and either get a good headphone and a mic or a gaming headset from a respectable company.
