Razer kiyo pro cuts out after 10-15 minutes in obs. When I have the preview up in synapse I haven’t had it freeze or cut out. Plugged into 3.0. Rolled back drivers. Disabled the device as a mic. Looking for any help before ditching this thing. Thanks

Razer support - May be the worst support out there.
I used to be a huge Razer fan but their quality has turned to absolute garbage. I am on my second Naga Pro replacement because the scroll wheel skips. They refused to replace it a third time due to the original being out of warranty. So now I blow into the mouse wheel area multiple times a day. It's

Planned obsolescence in Razer Kiyo Pro?
I only got to use my Kiyo Pro, which I bought used from eBay, for two months before it died. I am a Linux user and do not rely on Synapse, so I am certain this isn't a driver issue.
