Huntsman V3 Pro

Odd statement. Ive had razer for over 10 years and never had a single issue. My only problem is the huntsman v3 pro's keys are stiff. Also, I mix and match so dont jump to any conclusions that i'm razer only.

I have a brand new razer huntsman v3 pro 8khz TKL. It's supposed to have on board memory profiles to save my synapse settings. But if I close synapse and try to switch to a profile I just modified, my settings don't get saved. Basically my 5 profiles all reset to default to moment I close synapse.
