I wont buy another SteelSeries because of your intrusive software

I used to be a diehard Razer customer until earlier this year I started having issues with Synapse and my mice (I have a cobra pro, naga pro, and basilisk v3 pro for various games) and synapse would randomly stop recognizing one of them. It would just constantly search for the mouse. Mouse cursor wo

Update: Almost a year later, Synapse 4 is still unusable garbage. Now that Synapse 3 is gone, my Huntsman V3 Pro is essentially bricked. Legal action might be next.

Have the cobra pro and the pro dock. Have to unplug dock or the dongle to get the mouse to work on start up 馃ぁ had to reset pc, synapse 4 also breaks my viper se. Swapping back to logitech for superstrike. Last razer products i ever buy. Rmaing the cobra was a ioke too.

Is Razer really that bad?

Side note: Since I wrote that post, that Viper 8K had to make room for a new mouse because the wheel's "rubber-banding"-issue had become real bad. For all I know, the rest of the mouse is still in perfect shape, but with that issue it had become unusable both in Windows and in games. Not sure what s

My New Razer Cobra Pro

Oh bro, I also have a Razer Cobra Pro connected via the Razer wireless charger. I've been struggling for a year with this problem (https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/1k50lft/razer_cobra_pro_takes_1030_seconds_to_wake_from/): if you don't touch the mouse for 1-2 minutes, it doesn't wake up in 1-2 second

Could use a VR refresher

Razer Cobra Pro (running wired) and I went from 1000Hz polling rate all the way down to 125, which seems to have cured it (also tried 500 Hz but that was still pretty bad). This is a known issue for a few users. Root cause is unknown, but based on various occurrences I have seen over time it may eve

Synapse 4 is garbage. Rolled back to Synapse 3.

I do run into issues as well when I plug in my Razer BlackWidow V4, my Razer Cobra Pro and Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K show up as 'disconnected' ... I have to mess around with it to get things back in order. So for now, I'm just using the dock and mouse... no Razer keyboard.
