Razer Naga tried to burn my house down.
u/jack_ratt Just a heads up, dont get your hopes up that they will solve your issue. They like to reply to reddit threads about issues with this message. I had a razer blade pro 17, the charge port connector on my motherboard started burning and melting while i was using it. I posted on reddit, raze

How Razer Screws Customers | Gamers Nexus
I had a Blade 15 without any issues. Sold it because it was kind of too big and heavy. I currently use a Razer Book (purchased second hand, from a guy who WFH and only used it once before receiving a company provided laptop. 0 charge cycles) without any issues either but this will be my last Razer p

Where to buy replacement blade battery?
My original battery bloated up about 2 years after I bought the laptop (I have a 2019 Razer Blade 15). Since I moved out from Austria(where I originally bought it) I wasn't able to get any help with it from customer support. Is there any way to get a replacement battery for the laptop still? I would

Razer Blade 15 not waking up after lid closure
It seems the Blade 15 has had a variety of black screen issues for a while now, ranging from the hinky drivers/updates/synapse to switching between 240hz/60hz refresh rates to the magnetic lid sensor being triggered. I personally had a hardware issue with a damaged ribbon cable to the screen, but my

The longest-lived mouse I've ever had was a Boomslang that lasted four or five years. The second-longest... is my current Deathadder V2 Mini which will be four years at the end of the year. These are their cheaper offerings too so they're doing some things right. Obligatory how to avoid Synapse or a

September Technical Support Sticky
My Razer blade 15 2023 was getting unusually hot. When I noticed that one fan was not spinning at all, despite the fan speed being at max. Do I need to replace it? Not sure what I should do, since my warranty ran out when the screen died a year ago

Razer Blade 15 (2021) broken by windows update 9/2025
Oh an asterisk. I already had the drivers installed for duet before I plugged in my ipad as a 2nd monitor. If you can't even access the laptop with the main screen, I would take the ssd out, put it into a sata to usb enclosure, and try to boot into another computer with it, and install it that way.
