I would personally go with the BlackWidow V4 X since it's most similar to your old BlackWidow Chroma while also being newer and having more improvements than the BlackWidow V3 TKL.

I have a Razer theme rig. Tomahawk mini ITX with the Hanbo AIO cooler , V3 mini black widow. Basilek V3, firefly V2 , V2 base station…literally all my accessories are razer so I’m kinda worried if I update I’ll lose a lot of features especially my AIO cooler info and what not.

I have a BlackWidow Elite and Basilisk V3, neither of them stores lighting profiles and it's evident until Windows boots up and Synapse launches as they color cycle until it happens. The rest of the settings are stored like you said.

i've seen this exact partial freeze before on my bw v3. fn layer working but main matrix dead - that's often a firmware desync or synapse profile corruption. try holding fn + tab + pause for 10 sec to force bootloader mode. also check if synapse has a 'gaming mode' that disabled typing keys accident
