I would personally go with the BlackWidow V4 X since it's most similar to your old BlackWidow Chroma while also being newer and having more improvements than the BlackWidow V3 TKL.

I have the Razer BlackWidow V3 keyboard in pink and I love it! It’s basically the exact shade of pink as your case. I had a lot of fun setting up the RGB effects.

Confliction opinions on mechanical keyboards

Black widow v4 Pro 75% incorrect battery status
I have old kraken headphones (5 years old now), Naga pro, black widow V3 pro and now got BWv4 Pro. All the hardware above never gave me any major issues and it still works just fine.
