Media Buttons on Razer Keyboard are unlit

There is, but (monkey's paw curls a finger) it's Razer. Don't get me wrong, I love my Basilisk V3 Pro but it is pricey. It's also next-level on the infinity scroll wheel thing: they made the toggle digital and the mouse can detect how hard you flick the wheel, automatically unlocking infinite scroll

1st Blade: dead, repaired, then dead, replaced. My 2nd blade: now dead, a new chapter in my saga...

I'm amazed at all the horror stories..all my peripherals are razer. keyboard, mouse, mouse mat... only ever had one issue, a blown blue led on my basilisk v3, and the rma was literally a one week turnaround, from initiation of process to receiving replacement mouse. only problem I had was the addres

#OnlyAtRazer Razer is so goated!!!

Personally I have pretty good experience with Razer Warranty as well. When my Basilisk V3 Pro is having some random issue with the scroll wheel mode switching being inconsistent (Ain't even that big of a problem), they ask me to cut the cable and just send me a new one (V3 Pro is wireless) Still usi

I've about had it with razer mice!! ((Razer Viper V3 PRO)

I have the same mouse, Viper V3 Pro ( also have the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35k Wireless ) and it's working 100%, haven't had a single problem with it since I bought it approx 2 years ago. Used daily for about 8-10 hours per day. Just to troubleshoot this issue, have you tried updating the firmware?

Is Razer actually good?

Never had any issues with the products I got. I own the Blackshark V3 pro also good. The only problems I ever have is their terrible Synapse.Keyboard BlackWidow V4 Pro Mouse Basilisk V3 Pro 35K Wireless Gaming Mouse Phantom Green.

Update: Almost a year later, Synapse 4 is still unusable garbage. Now that Synapse 3 is gone, my Huntsman V3 Pro is essentially bricked. Legal action might be next.

I ordered a Razer Basilisk V3 35K wired mouse from Razer in Hong Kong. It was delivered to my door the next day. Best mouse I've had. Extreme quality and lots of options if you install Synapse 4. Initially I had a few very minor problems with Synapse 4. Uninstalled with Revo and installed again. I'm

Let's talk about razer

Ngl my blackwidow v4 75% lasted for a year (since I bought it) without any problem. The same goes for my basilisk V3 pro except for bluetooth issues sometimes.

Deathstalker V2 Pro - Review / Warning

I was thinking of getting one of these, as I’ve owned a Basilisk V3 since January and I’m happy as can be with it, but your honest and detailed review has me reconsidering. On top of that, I use a MacBook. If these problems have already shown up on Windows, I can only imagine they might be even wors

Is this excessive?

Hmm, ok.. And your part-time job now is to slam us so called "brainwashed fanboys" for being happy with our gaming stuff? Wtf is your problem? I can promise you that you can't find a single company on this planet that doesn't have any dissatisfied customers. I've had Razer stuff for many years, and

I will never buy Razer again

Idk I'm a heavy user and my whole family (2 siblings and my girlfriend) use a wide range of old and new razer products, wired and wireless, etc. Never had a single issue with any of the devices in the family besides one pair of the original Krakens. And when I say everything my current setup has the
