Every Razer product i've owned has stopped working almost immediately. Is it normal or should I never go to Vegas?

I have only owned 2 Razer mice, I used the Basilisk X Hyperspeed for 3-4 years and I got the Basilisk V3 Pro 35k this year because the Hyperspeed scroll wheel doesn't feel smooth any more. I use viper for gaming as well with my mac and have no issues. Basilisk v3 pro 35k is good but imo it's overk
