Xreal s1 vs Meta Quest 3
I have both plus an Apple Vision Pro and everything else. Quest one quest two and three, an xreal one pro, Ray Neo air 3S. The xreal one is by far the more comfortable option and the image gets quite large. I would say it almost fills your field of vision insofar where you don’t want to be turning y

Has anyone tried pairing a wearable display with their handheld?
I use my RayNeo Airs (3S) all the time with my RP5 and AllyX, really nice for my aging eyes. Preordered the Viture Beasts b/c they offer a larger size for my giant melon (and my IPD is ~68mm). Another upside is the battery lasts longer, since it's powering two tiny screens vs a large one.

Xreal one pro as a main gaming monitor
In my personal experience you should not try to use these as a monitor replacement. If you try to make sure that buy them in a way that allows you to easily return them. The resolution of these glasses are just not there yet to allow you to read text for any period of time. In my experience I got re

steam deck oled vs ipad pro for moonlight streaming?
Another alternative would be to get the RayNeo Air 4 Pro AR Glasses with your iPhone! That’s what I do (except I have the 3S Pro version, but I got them before the 4’s were released). I love this setup because I can use it in bed laying down. Cheaper than both an iPad Pro and a Steam Deck, and the m

Throwback to when I could do this with the Lego 1 and not tip-toe around with my handhelds thanks to ram prices
Very cool. I wish the XR Glasses (RayNeo Air 3S Pro) impressed me more. The FOV was low, the image was generally very good to excellent, but the corners were often blurry and I could not get them to sit at the right sweet spot on the nose without frequent adjustment. Audio was solid too. Q3 has been

Steam Deck is a handheld so HOLD it
I picked up a set of RayNeo Air 3S Pro glasses on a whim, and holy hell have they changed the way I enjoy my Steam Deck. I’m not locked in like I would be with a VR headset, because you can see through and around them. They are easy to throw on, put away, and make gaming so much more enjoyable. I’m

Tuning Tool sliders are locked. No Gamma
I returned both my Viture Pro Xr and RayNeo Air 3s Pro for the base Luna Xr when they went on sale for $359 with the 8bitdo xbox controller. I like how the viture fits comfort wise and the -6D myopia adjustment with electromagnetic dimming was the real icing on the cake. You can set either 1200p or

My totally minimal and not at all extra travel setup for touring
That's fair enough, shows that everyone has different preferences. For me, I think I've finally hit the sweet spot after 15+ years of touring. And btw I have XR display glasses, not VR or AR glasses, so I'm just displaying what's on the Claw to them. They have a fantastic micro-oled display, which c

Wife just implied she's down with me getting AR glasses for my Deck. What should I get?
I got a pair of the RayNeo Air 3s's a couple days ago. They are great now but I kinda disliked them initially. You have to get the picture dialled in. Otherwise, you'll have your image cut off in the bottom. The large nose guard and the adjustable frame handles really helped with that. I also wear g

I feel nervous playing steamdeck at public
Damn I’d get some XR glasses for that. I can survive playing the deck for 3hrs or so straight in the normal way, but if I’m on a long ass flight like that, I’d wanna be as comfortable as possible and not have to look down or keep my arms/hands in any specific position for too long. I’ve tried the ra
