What's one makeup purchase you thought you'd regret but ended up loving?
I was initially hesitant on purchasing any celebrity owned products/brands. Here’s a list of brands I was hesitant to purchase from at first: Kylie Cosmetics: When I tried her makeup for the first time. I instantly fell in love. Some of her products were staples in my collection. Like her eyebrow pe

Ever struggled with analysis paralysis choosing your next product after panning something? + August pans
Ooooh such a good idea!! It doesn’t look like I can post images as comments unfortunately, but the two palettes I am panning are Urban Decay Naked Heat and Naked Cherry. These are tones that run pale peach/pink to deep auburn and dark cherry, so most of the eye looks will be in the orange/pink range

Soft Matte & Easy dupes/alternatives🤩
The formula description and packaging kinda reminds me of Rare Beauty Lip Soufflé Matte Lip Cream. It has a lightweight feeling and not super drying on the lips. Sadly, I don’t see it on the Sephora app anymore but it’s still available on her website.

Lip colour that's transfer-proof but moisturizing?
Rare Beauty lip soufflé (less affordable) Maybelline teddy tint (affordable) Both are great options with a velvety finish. The key is not to apply too much and let it fully dry.

Peachy pink lip Recs
Those Anastasia lip velvets are really drying. I got rosy mauve and it’s a nice enough colour but super dry. Much prefer the rare beauty lip soufflés. I never wear peach though, so can’t recommend one. I’m a bit surprised coral works on you as a cool olive. I tend to avoid it in favour of cool berri

What is a cosmetic product you wish existed?
Rare Beauty makes a product called Lip Soufflé Matte Cream. I have gone through three of these and will repurchase again and again.

Sephora Soft Matte & Easy Liquid Lipstick
Glad I'm not alone 🥲 I started using #02. She's cute but not even close to #4. We need a dupe for #4. She was actually a sort of dupe for Rare Beauty's lip soufflé in shade Fearless because I felt like I went through it so fast. I might have to go back to it now.

In honour of National Lipstick Day what is your current favourite lipstick or what is the last lipstick that you purchased? 💄- Olive Edition
Yeah, it’s kind of fortuitous as I’m supposed to be on a no buy for lip products anyway. I’m making use of what I have - I like Rare beauty Wise, and I love their lip soufflés. The only liquid lipstick that doesn’t dry my lips out. I’m liking the shades Fearless and Strengthen.
