Max4 Combo

fresh update - tech support got back to me and recommended first a factory reset through the UI, and if still having issues, to send them a log dump. i had a hunch this would be the case, but didn't want to try it and find out they wanted a different process. the factory reset seems to have worked.

Consider the Qiditech Max 4 Combo as well, if you're into printing engineering materials. If you're only going to print PLA and PETG consider a Snapmaker U1 If you're on a budget go with Elegoo Centauri Carbon 1 or 2. I know you posted this a while back now, but if you are doing stuff for under the hood the 4 Plus or the Max 4 are what you are going to want.
