Every page you print contains invisible yellow tracking dots

Even if you use a VPN such as PureVPN to download a leaked document anonymously, the moment you print it you are stamping it with your hardware ID. To be truly anonymous you need a black and white only printer or a dot matrix printer which do not use this technology. https://www.purevpn.com/order Wt

IPVanish 2016

PureVPN browser extension - Dedicated IP?

Damn dude... Are you stupid or something? Have you ever used a dedicated IP? This is a clean IP, not on any blocklists. The servers that PureVPN gives you are shared, so you'll probably end up in spam blocks on websites and constantly get captchas.

The real reason those 4k TV's are so cheap today

PureVPN is a joke. It has no kill switch! If their server disconnects, which it does, you IP and internet traffic is sent out for all the world to see. BUYER BEWARE! They will lie to you and tell you it's built in to the app. Then we you corner them they basically say prove it, and tell you to send

Am I crazy?

I tried doing this using PureVPN and could only create the VPN without data encryption. I had one of their top level engineers helping and jus

Looking for suggestion on VPN provider that supports port forwarding and works well with gluetun + transmission

Same. I'd love to know this, if you ever figured it out. Doing the same thing: PureVPN, OpenVPN with Netherlands and port forwarding, but the speeds have been atrocious and it always says it's firewalled. The VPN is working at least to protect my traffic, but I'd love to get better speed.

AirBnB owner blocks websites

A fun example is pureVPN that claimed to not collect any activity logs and yet, somehow, collaborated with the FBI to track what websites one of its users was using: https://proprivacy.com/privacy-news/fbi-solves-case-vpn-lies Edit: found one of the articles I had originally read on this, the regist

My review of PureVPN PC and Android

I have used PureVPN for several years. It has been ok. Seems to work on my android phones while connected to wifi. Connected through cellular data it doesn't work. Works horribly on my Windows computers. Very clunky, frequent UI freezes and poor network connections. Doesn't feel like it was designed
