Xlite v4

Looks like it's basically Pulsar Xlite v4 eS (his current mouse) with some minor changes to the shape. Dimensions are identical but slightly lighter. Sensor is the same too. But since he's doing well with his current mouse there's no reason to make major changes.

Because the most used mice are models and not brands. Pulsar has a lot of mouse models, so Pulsar users are spread over those models, meaning that they often do not get enough users on a single model to make it to the top 5 most used mice.
