Honest question: Who is the Prusa Core One L actually for in 2025/2026?

I want to touch one point about tuning. With Prusa, you don’t need to tune each machine individually - tuning is done in the slicer for specific filaments and it applies it to ALL Prusa printers. Prusa printers will give you the same print everytime, that’s why they’re best for farms. In my experien

Prusa vs Bambu feels less like “better vs worse” and more like different priorities

Hi, so although Josef signs my paychecks, I did purchase a Bambu A1, and X1C before I replaced them with Prusa, and then subsequently applied to work for big orange a little over a year later. My biggest problem with the Bambu system, is that the right way to use a Bambu is the way that Bambu decide

Trying to choose between Prusa and Bambulab - what am I missing?

This is a Prusa group so you are likely to get some biased responses. For what it's worth, I choose to go Prusa over Bambu because I like how Prusa has remained open source. Bambu has recently made moves to close in their ecosystem which was a concerning direction. One of my first 3D printers was ve

CORE One + Hatch

It’s always great to see a new Core One mod pop up! It always makes me happy I chose Prusa over any other printer brand. Very cool idea, thank you for sharing!

Vortek bad

Prusa Core One + INDX looks like the better deal.Cleaner mechanics, faster swaps, no DRM nozzles, no crazy 40s filament changes, no overheating bed issues, and proper TPU handling. If the final price lands close to the H2C (and it probably will), INDX is simply the less compromised solution...

New to printing, CORE One Plus, or Bambu X2D?

I’ve been pushing the limits of the core one+ in terms of miniatures and getting fantastic results. Take a look at my profile for more examples, but here’s one I posted not too long ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/prusa3d/s/lpl4T6RzTK If you get the c1+, you can copy my profiles and get the same resul

New to printing, CORE One Plus, or Bambu X2D?

The business ethics, generally open platform, and repairability will keep me in the Prusa ecosystem unless they pull some shenanigans (boy, that would be sad). I’ve had MK3’s through the Core One. I’ve always had other printers as well, and those Prusa were the only ones that just kept chugging alon

If money wasn’t an issue, which 3D printer would you buy today? Need Advice.

I want my next printer to be a multi head, and I like the Snapmaker U1 for the great price point. But if money was no object probably go Prusa Core one+ W/INDX or the XL 5 tool head variant. I think in the next year we will be seeing a lot of multi heads come to market, so that answer may have to ch

Question: Is the Core One+ L worth the extra $1000 over the Core One+ ?

I also find their lack of core1L kits frustrating. ianal or legally fluent but I fail to understand the argument, and especially in light of how buttoned up the builds are I enjoy building prusa's even after 4 of them. The heatbed is different from all previous printers. Since the printers are shipp
