Looking for ‘just work’ 3d printers

Prusa has free shipping on right now and that means the Core One+ kit will fit your budget, barely. Bambus are good suggestions too but just consider that you can save 250-300 on shipping with Prusa right now, get a Core One kit and then eventually you will have the option to add on the INDX and hav

Ratrig V4 or Prusa Core one+ ?

the core one L gets you more build volume for the prusa option, and you can get the MMU for multi-color, or if it was me I would wait till and just get the Core One L - then upgrade to INDX once its available for the Core One L

Would you tell a noob to get a core one L or a core one+?

Booth are great printers and can soon be upgraded with the INDX system. If on a budget get the core one+ if not on a budget get the core one L. This, because bigger is some times better and with the size of the L you will not see many prints that need a bigger printer. Upgrading from your ender shou

Is there any downside to getting the Core L over the Core+, apart from price? Is Core+ more modern? Will there come a Core+ L? INDX will appear later, should I wait for that and buy the complete package?

Core One+ got the "plus" just by gaining things from Core One L, so L is superior to regular Core One and on the same level as Core One + (and I think the bed heating is much better on L). In general, it is just bigger. If you have chance, go check to local store or 3D printing festival or so. Core

Why is the Core One less relevant?

Newer, bigger, but a lot of people get the Prusa Core One+ because most prints fit in that size and the INDX upgrade works for booth. Many updated from mk3 to mk4 to core one. Next step now is the upgrade to INDX.

Question: Is the Core One+ L worth the extra $1000 over the Core One+ ?

The voron community is pretty solid for support. If you get the LDO kit, the vendor usually provides support as well. I was between the Trident Cube 300x300x300 vs the Prusa L. I'm coming over from a 255x255x255 printer. I'd imagine it's rare that I'd need the 300^3 build size, however, the core one

Press F for respect

I was seriously thinking about a Bambu. Part of me is tired of tinkering and just want something that prints... but I know it won't take long for me to get frustrated with the close sourced stuff. I was looking at Voron and Ratrig but then my feelings flipped the other way on not wanting to have to

Question: Is the Core One+ L worth the extra $1000 over the Core One+ ?

The way I'm looking at it: I want the INDX system. That's currently/generally Prusa Core One or the L (not sure when the voron model will be offered). The Core one has a build size of 250x220x270 and you lose 15mm on the Y axis with the INDX installed (that's what I was told here so take it with a g

Question: Is the Core One+ L worth the extra $1000 over the Core One+ ?

There is no kit for the L and so fare i know no plan for a kit. You can get the Prusa Core One+ as kit. The INDX system with 4 or 8 tool heads can be added to both printers the L and the One. Your question, the answer is only on you, 1k more for the bigger one, while 250×220×270 is still big enough
