Honest question: Who is the Prusa Core One L actually for in 2025/2026?

I want to touch one point about tuning. With Prusa, you don’t need to tune each machine individually - tuning is done in the slicer for specific filaments and it applies it to ALL Prusa printers. Prusa printers will give you the same print everytime, that’s why they’re best for farms. In my experien

CORE One + Hatch

It’s always great to see a new Core One mod pop up! It always makes me happy I chose Prusa over any other printer brand. Very cool idea, thank you for sharing!

New to printing, CORE One Plus, or Bambu X2D?

The business ethics, generally open platform, and repairability will keep me in the Prusa ecosystem unless they pull some shenanigans (boy, that would be sad). I’ve had MK3’s through the Core One. I’ve always had other printers as well, and those Prusa were the only ones that just kept chugging alon

Question: Is the Core One+ L worth the extra $1000 over the Core One+ ?

I also find their lack of core1L kits frustrating. ianal or legally fluent but I fail to understand the argument, and especially in light of how buttoned up the builds are I enjoy building prusa's even after 4 of them. The heatbed is different from all previous printers. Since the printers are shipp

Core One + things you wish you knew/did sooner

Use the instructions for both the CoreOne and CireOne+. Some amazingly helpful comments in there, but some are only in one or the other version. Use Loctite 425 on all metal-to-metal parts (It's plastic safe, and will prevent things coming loose down the road. Use sparingly. I just had a bottle cap

Question for Owners of the Core One+ AND the Core One L

I like both. Core One + I've upgraded from the Mk4's (grueling) and at first it was giving me attitude like no Prusa before did. We come to a mutual understanding and now it's mostly smooth sailing. The only thing that bothers me is the temperatures. I'd like them to be a bit higher. Like 350c on th

Six weeks of research and I’ve somehow talked myself out of every printer I was originally considering

I use several printers, mk3.5, core one, P1P, H2S, Sovol SV08MAX, (will soon add a Sovol ZERO) The cheapest solution, not repair but upgrade the mk3, you can convert the mk3 into a mk3.5: https://www.prusa3d.com/product/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-to-mk3-5s-upgrade-kit-5/ This calls 279€ no einsy MCU nee

Core One + things you wish you knew/did sooner

Mine came with a smooth sheet, though I much prefer satin for reliable adhesion without glue. (Downvote if you must). Also, it comes with one nozzle, though it's a nice brass high flow. Get at least one spare of the same kind and a hardened one like Obxidian, esp if you're looking at a variety of ma

Trident R2 Looks great!

Any known timeline or some additional information available? My X Gantry is making serious problems and instead of rebuilding an R1 partly I could do the upgrade as well. I am in no hurry as I recently got hands on a pretty awesome Prusa Core One+ but I do miss my 350 bed sometimes

New to printing, CORE One Plus, or Bambu X2D?

I have basically the line up of the Prusa printers since the Mk3s, with 7 total currently. The CoreOnes just work, maybe have to tune the belts and square it up but that's about it. I've never had an issue with support but not something I've had to use much. Coming from an IT and tinkerer background
