I recommend getting a VPN on your phone. I've been using the free version of Proton VPN to circumvent restrictions since the OSA came in. I'd say to write to your MP to complain but chances are they'd just call you a nonce

Proton VPN or Mullvad set to Albania works and makes YouTube ad-free as well (Google / YouTube currently do not show any ads in Albania). I have found that YouTube blocks some countries and does not block others when using VPNs. Albania has worked consistently for me.
