**VIDEO GUIDE **WireGuard on Unraid. The Best Method for Routing Containers through a VPN for max privacy
This is a very slick solution, however it does have one sticking point, no incoming port assignment, especially for VPN providers that generate dynamic ports (PIA), that's going to be a problem for Soulseek and especially bittorrent. u/spaceinvaderone with your docker image, is there any chance you

PIA's DNS broken?
I recommend using dnscrypt-proxy. If you don't live in a free country, your dns is poisoned by an ISP. In EU that is the case and using EU region pia vpn does have the same issue. I had to actually hand pick servers for dnscrypt-proxy to avoid it because even via dnscrypt-proxy many servers just use

What is a good VPN to use here in Japan?
Be aware that even with a VPN you still might not be able to access geo blocked sites. I had PIA and wasn’t able to access most sites run by the state of Ohio.

PIA VPN US East in... Romania?
Well, FWIW, everything-- including YT ads-- seem to indicate that I'm in the US. My VPN address is 212.56.54.230, but I'm about to shut down PIA.

WWE RAW Discussion Thread (March 31, 2026)
Came here to see if anyone else is having this problem, over 20 PIA VPN servers no longer work. About to cancel my netflix. If you're not going to let me watch the ad free stream that's available everywhere else and force me to pirate it anyway, then why am I going to pay for netflix? So dumb.

On Windows Proton has a Github script called Quantum that will automate the port change for you. AirVPN is comparable to Proto

Is anyone else stuck at the main menu before server select?
Yeah. Using PIA VPN connected to Taiwan. Just spins for several minutes before disconnecting.

Gluetun Unhealthy
i recently started having issues with PIA VPN when i had it broadly connecting to us eastern and i ended up switching to a more local city and it fixed it. I'd also love to make mine more of a broad scope again.
