Protonvpn is best overall. AirVPN is good too. Though their UI looks old. PIA is cheaper but the company who owns it have a bad rep. Windscribe have port forwarding too. But i have no experience with that vpn.

The port only changes on Proton when it reconnects so you shouldn't need to do it every day. If you need to have some traffic outside of the VPN you can use split tunneling. I haven’t scrolled through all the comments, but I did test a few out and then finally settled on Proton VPN. I was with PIA for a long time, but it got too expensive and they weren’t the best for privacy.
