Which speaker should I buy as a production beginner?
As a mixing and mastering engineer I would tell you to buy a good pair of nearfield monitors first not a subwoofer. For €200 you can find used pairs of JBL 305P MkII, PreSonus Eris E5 or KRK RP5 G4 that give honest sound for Rap and House genre. You should skip the subwoofer until you know your room

Anker 6 in 1 powerexpand USBC hub If you want to save a few bucks, I use this Ugreen hub with my iPad. Have a USB audio interface plugged into it, and MIDI keyboard. Monitors (around $1000) best for accurate mixing?
I'm no authority, so please take with a grain of salt, but I love my PreSonus Eris E5 monitors. I'm sure you can get beefier, more expensive, and higher end ones. Just throwing in my two cents, these things are great and can keep you way under budget!
