Depends on how much weight you want. The best safest answer I can give is used powerblocks on FBM. They may be an older discontinued version but the will work for the budget you’ve got. I have the PowerBlock Elite USA’s 90lb set. Love them. The major differences in PowerBlocks at the moment is the Urethane vs metal. Urethanes are more durable and rigid. However it comes at a cost of slightly larger size. That may not matter if you don’t plan on building beyond 70lbs. Which they do
