Finally gave up on Voyager 5200 UC and bought BH71 pro
Recently I started getting lot of connection issues with BT700 connector and Voyager 5200 UC. I suspect it was recent updates to charging case and 5200 that led to issues. Plantronics Voyager Legend firmware update failing, looking for old software "MyHeadset Updater"
I have a Voyager Legend, firmware v1.07, it fails to update to v1.09 for no real reason. Does anyone have a copy of the old Plantronics "myheadset updater" software? The new Plantronics Hub software doesn't seem to work.
Have tried Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines and multiple versions of the Hub
