Voyager Legend

I have a Voyager Legend, and the gray insert that holds the clear silicone earbud piece keeps falling out. It has a slot and sort of a twist-in, but the foam rubber o-ring doesn't seem to provide enough pressure to hold it.

Anyone else had this problem? Is there any kind of replacement? Or a

I've used the Voyager Legend for years. I want to like the 5200 but it feels a bit smaller and the earpiece isn't quite long enough to fit in the ear hole unless I stretch it. Then it feels like it's pulling on the top of my ear. Anyone else have this issue?

After SO MANY replacement units from Poly/Plantronics, I need to ditch both the Voyager Legend and the 5200 from them.
I am so tired of them just not performing well.

So, I am looking for a GREAT replacement.

I need it to be small like the Poly ones.

I need it to be reliable.
