A headset that doesn't have me sounding like a McDonald's drivethru?

My girlfriend hates this headset I bought, the Plantronics Voyager 5200. She says it's good half the time but the other half I either sound really muffled or like a McDonald's drivethru, even in areas where I have all bars and 5G+ connection. I think it may have something to do with the noise cancel

Wireless headset for all day use (8+ hour battery life)?

I'm going to be having conference calls that will run basically 8 hours with an hour break in the middle and I'm concerned that I'm going to end up running out of battery on my headset. I have a Plantronics Voyager 5200, and while I like it, the battery life is very disappointing. Just got off a 3.5

Plantronics voyager 5200 sounds great when paired with my phone through Bluetooth, but sounds terrible when paired to PC through standard Bluetooth or through dongle.

Picked up the voyager 5200 for my work from home setup at the recommendation from users here, but having issues with sound quality when paired to my PC , it sounds terrible, but when paired to my phone (galaxy s21) it sounds great, no issues.

I tried pairing to PC through laptops Bluetooth as well

Quality degrades on a long call via BT headset - incoming caller sounds like a dalek

..thought it was my headset (a Jabra 65t) but it's happening on my new one too (Plantronics Voyager 5200).

After ~30mins the quality drops and the incoming caller sounds like a dalek, if I tolerate it it'll snap back eventually and restarting the call always fixes it.

Everything up to date etc..

5200 suddenly mute

That's pretty much the issue. I've had my Plantronics Voyager 5200 since... forever, and all of the sudden it became mute.

Like it emits no sounds at all: neither ones from the Bluetooth host, nor any kind of notifications. Interestingly enough, otherwise it works just fine: people can hear me, vol

Manufacturing plant and can't hear!

Looking for a way to talk on the phone in a manufacturing plant. My Jabra elite 65t are good for me hearing music and calls, however, callers hear all the background noise. Plantronics Voyager 5200 have callers Crystal clear audio but I couldn't hear them. Any way to meet in the middle? I don't real

Headsets, mics and glasses - suggestions?

I'm looking and looking for a headset I can use for video talks. I know that's not 100% like podcasting, but the quality should go in this direction, because I'd use it for language lessons.

By now, I don't much care about cable or wireless and other form factors, as long as the **other can hear me

Is there a good replacement for the old style headsets?

I purchased a used Plantronics Voyager 5200 then after a month the microphone would just stop after a few min. I tried all the settings and cleaning the boom. no luck.

I am a very long term Plantronics user with over 7 Plantronics headsets since my first call center headset in 2000.

My last fav

Great Small Wireless Headset - Is this just a fantasy?

I see a lot of convos about headsets, large headsets. I want an earpiece though.

I got the Plantronics Voyager 5200, and ended up having to get some adapters for it to fit semi comfortably and it still hurts my ears.

It has also quickly developed issues with charging in the stand and now I can on
