Polar Ignite 2 here. Same issue. Seems to be a problem with the android app. Some days the web version shows activity, some days it does not. Hope they will fix the issue soon, this is frustrating..

Sorry but I have no trust to Polar even on basic HR when getting higher HR without training. I was in hospital, real HR ~160 and my ignite3 said 80. 😂 And these kind of situations has happened many times, ignite never reaches the real HR.
