Ignite 3

i went with the ignite 3. I had a vantage M (1) and didn't use a lot of the "advanced" features (altimeter, advanced tests, extra ram). I do miss the battery life. There are a lot of nice features with the newer polar watches (weather, sunrise/set info), but they sap energy and the bigger batteries

Polar Ignite 3 shows those for free. No monthly fee. Syncs with your photo through app. Activities (if you exercise), steps, heart rate, sleep number, sleep time, actual sleep minus interruptions, nightly recharge, boost from sleep, deep sleep, REM, and and body temperature.

I have the Ignite 3, doesn't feel chunky and while not the most advanced Polar watch, I find it has everything I personally want :)

Thanks! It's the Polar Flow app and it does need a watch as far as I know. I use the Polar Ignite 3, which I'm pretty happy with at the moment. My data also syncs to Strava automatically.

I'm a woman with small wrists, and I really like the Polar Ignite 3. It is small, thin front-to-back, and lightweight. I don't need something as dainty as the Garmin Lily 2 - I just need something that doesn't feel big and heavy and clunky. I didn't have a great fit with the Polar Pacer Pro because

I use a Polar Ignite 3. Pretty good. HR monitoring accuracy beats Garmin and others. But you still do need the phone as Polar doesn’t have a Spotify app. Think there are Garmin models that have that.
