Garmin Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar (47 mm) or Polar Grit X2?
I had the Fenix 7 Pro and sold it for the Polar Grit X2 Pro. Reason: simplicity. Polar gives me exactly what I need without unnecessary features. The HRV/Orthostatic test with the H10 is accurate and useful for training decisions. With Garmin I always felt overwhelmed by functions I didn’t use. Also

Why T-Rex line even exists?
You could ask the same of any of the high end watches - Coros Vertix, Polar Grit X, Suunto Vertical etc. Generally speaking, build quality is what tends to set them apart, along with higher battery life. For the T-Rex 3 Pro, you do get more battery, titanium and a more rugged build and the LED light

I’m looking for a watch with a MIP display.
I recommend Polar Grit X Pro if you liked the Grit X and the Polar ecosystem. It is still available if you look around. I had the original Grit X and had the pressure sensor replaced 3 times within warranty including change of back cover that was supposed to solve the problem with height measurement

Galaxy watch VS Amazfit
Well depends on your priorities. If battery is your priority then getting a Chinese brand isn't bad but if you want wearOS and all the android OS integration then smartmatch is the route. I had an OG Amazfit bip that did everything I wanted like notification, call/alarm vibration, ink display, media

Race S vs Race 2
I am very disappointed in the HR sensor of the S. It is accurate on daily use, but totally off when running or cycling. In comparison my old Suunto 9 and Polar Grit X are much better. I compared with a Suunto strap. The strap was spot on in comparison with a cardiac stress test in a hospital, the Su

If you looked at Garmin, or Apple/Samsung, what made you stay?
I have expirience with garmin fenix 6, with apple ultra 2. And now I’m tested fenix 7 pro and 8, polar grit x2 and apple ultra 3. I would say Apple is god tier (espesially if you have apple ecosystem). All works good, all on top level. But not fit me good in a matter that I do a lot of hiking and ba

Early Christmas Gift!
Excellent choice. I have the Polar Grit X2 Pro. Excellent brand. Very good quality. This is the brand with the best data accuracy 📈 heart and sleep. I use the Polar H10 only in cycling and VMA or vameval test mode (in France 🇫🇷). I wish you lots of fun in your outings 😃

Amazfit app
I currently own: Amazfit Balance 2 and Helio Strap, Garmin Fenix 7 Pro, Polar Grit X Pro, Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra, Coros Nomad, and a Fitbit Air Feel free to downvote me but Amazfit is my least favorite app out of all of them. It lacks polish, is unintuitive at times, has typos, navigation isn't

Help me choose my first Sportwatch
Two weeks ago, I bought Polar Grit X2 Copper. I upgraded from V800, which I bought used in January. In the last year, I bought H10 (HRM) and Stride Sensor. I considered different brands: Polar, Garmin, Coros, Amazfit, and Suunto. I researched information about their watches, read their subs, and tri
