I just did a little digging around and Petzl says it's safe to belay from the top with a Neox as with a Grigri. They just emphasize to keep a hand on the brake strand as always. What belay device should I get?

Edit: so you think that if I rap on a neox and take my hand off the rope im gonna hit the deck? That's unhinged. it will lock every time. You do you, but I wouldn't trust that it does. Petzl is quite clear about that one I think
